摘要
目的了解攀枝花市某小型彩印厂采用新工艺、新材料后在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素的浓(强)度是否降低,为从源头预防、控制职业病提供技术依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、对比分析相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果调查显示,该项目中存在的主要职业病危害因素是噪声、粉尘、二甲苯、甲醛。化学毒物浓度检测6个岗位,合格率为100%,粉尘浓度检测4个岗位,合格率为100%;噪声强度测定6个岗位,合格率为100%。改造后除噪声值稍有增加外,其他因素接触程度均明显下降。结论采用新技术、新设备、新材料及卫生防护措施,能够降低印刷作业场所工作人员对职业病危害因素的接触浓度和强度。
[Objective]To understand the concentrations( intensities) of occupational hazard factors in the production process after using new technology and new materials in a small color printing factory of Panzhihua City,provide technical basis for preventing and controlling occupational diseases from the source. [Methods]With the combination of comparison and analysis,the qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation were performed by the occupational health field investigation,occupational health inspection and occupational health examination. [Results]The main occupational hazard factors in this project were noise,dust,xylene and formaldehyde. The concentrations of chemical toxicants were detected in 6 job posts,with the qualified rate of 100%. The dust concentration was detected in 4 job posts,with the qualified rate of 100%. The noise intensity was detected in 6 job posts,with the qualified rate of 100%. The exposure levels of occupational hazard factors significantly decreased after the reconstruction,except that the noise intensity slightly increased. [Conclusion]The adoption of new technology,new equipment,new material and health protection measures can reduce the exposure concentration( intensity) to occupational hazard factors in printing workplaces.
