居民摄入腌菜食物与原发性肝癌关系的meta分析 被引量:2

Meta-analysis on relationship between hepatocellular carcinoma and pickle food in Chinese people

摘要 目的探讨中国居民摄入腌菜食物与原发性肝癌的关系。方法综合分析国内1990---2014年关于摄入腌菜食物与原发性肝癌的病例对照研究文献,进行meta分析。结果10篇研究文献纳入meta分析,累计病例1791例,对照2392例。meta分析结果显示,摄入腌菜食物与原发性肝癌患病的合并OR值为2.53(95%CI:1.91—3.35)。结论摄入腌菜食物可使原发性肝癌患病的风险增高。 [ Objective] To study the relationship between pickled food and hepatocellular carcinoma among Chinese population. [ Methods] Case-control study on source of pickled food and hepatocellular carcinoma from 1990 to 2014 were analyzed by Meta-analysis. [ Results] Ten case-control studies with total of 1 791 cases and 2 392 controls were synthetically analyzed. Meta-analysis showed that the pooled odds ratio of incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma with pickle food was 2.53 ( 95% CI: 1.91-3.35 ). [ Conclusion ] Pickled food intake could increase the risk of heoatocellular carcinoma.
