摘要
目的通过了解上海市七宝地区餐饮从业人员的健康素养状况及其影响因素,为制定针对餐饮从业人员的干预策略提供科学基础。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取上海市七宝地区餐饮业在岗从业人员477名为调查对象进行健康素养状况的问卷调查,利用非条件logistic逐步回归进行评价并分析影响因素。结果有22.9%在岗从业人员具备健康素养,3方面健康素养的具备情况分别为健康知识和理念素养(25.4%)、健康生活方式与行为素养(30.8%),健康基本技能素养(70.6%)。Logistic逐步回归分析显示:年龄、工种和户籍是影响餐饮从业人员是否具备健康素养的主要因素。结论应针对餐饮从业人员健康素养的薄弱特征开展针对性健康教育和健康促进策略,逐步提高职业人群的健康素养水平。
[Objective]To know the health literacy level among restaurant workers in Qibao Area of Shanghai,explore the influencing factors,and provide scientific basis for developing intervention measures and strategies of health literacy on restaurant workers.[Methods]The questionnaire survey of health literacy was conducted among 477 restaurant workers who were collected by the stratified cluster sampling in Qibao Area of Shanghai. The logistic stepwise regression was used to filter the main factors affecting health literacy. [Results]22. 9% of restaurant workers had the health literacy. The holding rate of three aspects of health literacy,including the basic knowledge and concept,healthy life style and behavior,and basic health skills,was 25. 4%,30. 8%,70. 6%,respectively. Logistic stepwise regression analysis results showed that age,type of work and household register were main factors associated with the health literacy of restaurant workers. [Conclusion]It is necessary to carry out the health education and health promotion strategies according to weak characteristics of health literacy in restaurant workers,to improve the health literacy level of occupational populations.
