Investigation and Analysis of Annual Report Institutional System Construction Situation on Government Information Disclosure in China

为了促进我国政府信息公开年度报告制度体系的完善,充分发挥其监督和保障作用。本文对我国政府信息公开年度报告制度产生的过程进行了探究,并对我国31个省级行政区政府信息公开年度报告制度的相关制度、法律和政策性文件进行了调查分析,提出我国政府信息公开年度报告制度体系的结构与不足及其建议。

To promote annual report institutional system construction situation on government information disclosure in China and to give full play to the role of its supervision and security, the paper explored the producing process of annual report institution on government,information disclosure in our country. It investigated and analysed institution, legal and policy documents related to annual report institution on government information disclosure of 31 provincial administration region of our country. It put forward the structure of annual report institution on government information disclosure and deficiency, and suggestions were put forward.
