酵母培养物在动物生产中营养及保健作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 酵母培养物(YC)作为一类新型微生态制剂,具有无毒副作用、不产生耐药性等优点,因其可显著地提高动物生产性能,提高机体免疫力,改善动物体内环境,逐渐受到了养殖业的青睐。在动物生产中,YC的营养及保健作用受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。本文就近年来YC在动物生产中营养及保健作用进行综述,以期为酵母培养物的进一步研究奠定理论基础。 Yeast cultures as a new type of micro ecological preparation, it has no toxic side effect, no drug resistance and other advantages, it can significantly improve the performance of animal production, immunity and the environment of animal in vivo, so it gradually received the favor of aquaculture. The nutrition and health care role in animal production has become the focus of attention of the researchers at home and abroad. Therefore, the research progress in recent years, yeast culture in animal production to nutrition and health effects are reviewed in this paper, which in order to further study yeast culture laid the theoretical foundation.
