摘要
为了了解喷口轴向尺寸对混流式喷水推进器水力性能的影响,运用计算流体力学方法通过求解雷诺时均的控制方程,计算喷口不同长度情况下,喷水推进泵的流场特性。用CFX软件进行后处理,获得喷口轴向长度变化时泵的性能参数,分析发现轴向尺寸对喷水推进器的效率和推力起到重要作用,过短或过长的喷口都会引起推力的减小,混流式喷水推进器最佳的喷口长度约为泵进口直径的35%。
In order to study the nozzle axial lengthg influence on waterjet performance, CFD is used to calculate mixed flow pump's performance by varying the length of nozzle based on solving Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and using CFD- post to obtain the performance parameters of pump when the nozzle axial length changes. The results indicate that axial length has a main effect on water jet's efficiency and thrust. Too long or too short nozzle length can cause the decrease of the thrust, and the best nozzle length is 35% diameter of pump inlet.
