摘要
为了提高设计质量、降低现场施工难度,从提高载重量58 000 t散货船上甲板管路先行舾装率入手,提出改进方案,实船验证表明该方案实现了节约能源、减少现场作业工时、满足PSPC要求及改善工人的作业环境的目标。
In order to improve design quality and reduce the difficulty of working condition, a improved scheme is put forward from the view of increasing the ration of pipe pre-installation on upper deck for the 58 000 DWT bulk carrier. The improved scheme has been verified by the real ship to be able to achieve the target of saving energy use, reducing the operation time, meeting the requirements of PSPC and improving the working environment.
