摘要
为了掌握整个船队的运行状况,提供更好的技术支持,研制远程监测与管理系统,讨论系统的功能要求,以及实现这些功能所需的关键技术,提出总体技术架构,船载、中心站和船岸通信系统各模块的系统设计,展示船端系统和中心站系统的功能和运行效果。该系统能够实现整个船队的集中统一监控,汇总统计比较各种运行数据,为优化船队运行提供技术支持。
Aiming at knowing the real operation status of the whole fleet,providing better technical assistance, a remote monitoring and technical management system is developed. The functional requirements and the key technologies for the system are discussed. Its overall architecture, on-board, ashore, and ship-shore communication system modules are designed. The function modules and user interfaces of the on-board system and monitoring center system are presented. This system can realize the whole fleet operation monitoring, make statistics and comparison of operation quality across boats in the fleet, and provide concrete technical support for fleet operation optimization.
