摘要
文中介绍了基于LabVIEW开发平台的柴油机缸盖振动信号采集与分析,结合PCI-4472开发了数据采集系统。利用LabVIEW和Matlab的强大功能,编写信号分析与模式识别程序,模拟柴油机气阀漏气和气门间隙异常等故障,获取3110柴油机缸盖振动信号并建立AR与RBF神经网络结合的诊断模型进行了故障识别,这对于实现故障诊断的数字化与智能化有重要的意义。
This paper introduced the acquisition and analysis of diesel engine vibration signal based on LabVIEW. The data acquisition system was developed on the basis of PCI-4472 . Signal analysis and pattern recognition pro-gram was complied with the powerful function of LabVIEW and Matlab. By simulating some faults, including En-gine air valve leakage and abnormal valve clearance, 3110 diesel engine cylinder head vibration signal was acquired and diagnosis model was set up for fault identification based on AR and RBF neural network, which has an important significance for the implementation of digital and intelligent fault diagnosis.
