“90后”大学生抗挫力培育研究

摘要 随着"90后"开始成为大学生群体的主力军,这就意味着抗挫力培育工作也要开始做出相应的调整。由于社会的飞速发展和大环境的不断变化,他们的成长背景、面对的学习环境和生活压力与以往大学生有着很多的差别,这也使得高校抗挫力培育工作面临着越来越多的挑战和考验。培养大学生的抗挫折能力一直是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容之一,而如何达到"90后"大学生抗挫力培育的实效性,则切实需要在培育工作中与时俱进,不断总结经验,积极探索方法和途径的完善和创新。 The Setback education have to adjust when the students who born after 1990 become the main force of the college. Due to the fast development of the society and the social environment, there are many differences of background, learning environment, life pressure with the previous college students. It also brings more and more challenges and tests. The Setback education is always a most important part of the college education. And how to make it effective on the Setback education of the students who born after 1990.9 Now we need the innovation of its ways and means and keep pace with the Times.
