Study on Designing a Wisdom Campus Based on the Education Cloud

我国的教育信息资源共享建设经过多年发展,已经取得初步成效,但也面临诸多困难。面对以"共建、共享、共赢"为特点的教育云,利用其优势建立起科学、合理的智慧校园系统,以提高资源使用效率,降低服务能耗,从而获得最佳总体拥有成本成为突破当前教育信息化建设障碍的有效手段。然而在建设过程中,仍然面临包括技术上、政策上、标准上、法律上的诸多问题,需要理顺关系并加以解决。

After years of development, the education information resources sharing system has achieved its initial results, but also meeting many difficulties. Facing the education cloud that is characteristic of ＂common construction, sharing and win - win＂, the establishment of a scientific, reasonable campus of wisdom becomes the effeetive means to break through the obstacle. It can improve the efficiency of re- source utilization and reduce energy consumption. However, in the process of this construction, we are still confronted with many problems involving technology, policy, standard, law and so on, all of which need our efforts to straighten out their relationships and solve them accordingly.
