品管圈活动在降低门诊药房调剂内差中的应用

Application of QCC in reducing allocation internal errors in outpatient pharmacy

目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低门诊药房调剂内差中的应用及实际效果。方法:依据PDCA循环将品管圈理论、方法应用于降低药房调剂内差中,针对问题制定可行对策并组织实施。结果:内差周均件数由28.8件/周下降至12.6件/周,下降56.25%,目标达成率105.3%。全体圈员能够熟练运用PDCA循环,在积极性、责任感、凝聚力、自信心等方面有很大提高。结论:在门诊药房开展品管圈活动可行性高,有助于降低调剂内差,提升药学服务质量。

Objective：To study the effect of QCC activities in the reducion of outpatient pharmacy allocation internal errors. Methods：PDCA cycle based on theoretical approaches will be applied to reduce the QCC pharmacy in the poor,to develop a viable countermeasure for the problem and implement.Results：The number of pieces were poor week decreased from 28.8 / week to 12.6 /week,down 56.25 percent,the target rate reached 105.3%. Able to skillfully use the PDCA cycle,has greatly improved in motivation,responsibility,cohesion,confidence and so on. Conclusion：pharmacies carry QCC high feasibility,helps to reduce the difference between the swap,improve pharmacy service quality.
