A型性格高血压患者抑郁状况及影响因素分析

目的调查A型性格高血压患者抑郁状况并分析其影响因素,为A型性格高血压患者抑郁情况进行干预措施提供参考。方法本研究自2012年10月起应用A型性格量表在本院心内科、老年科和呼吸科筛选出140位高血压A型性格患者,用一般资料调查表、抑郁自评量表、医学应对问卷和社会支持评定量表收集资料。结果抑郁自评量表显示,有125例患者(89.28%)有不同程度的抑郁;医学应对方式相比于国内常模较低;社会支持得分低于正常人;抑郁状况与应对方式的面对、回避和屈服均呈正相关,与客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分均呈负相关。结论 A型性格高血压患者的抑郁倾向较高,应该受到临床护理的重视。

Objective To survey depression in hypertensive patient with type A personality and analyze the causes, thus references are provided for intervention treatment in depression.Methods Since October 2012, 140 hypertensive patients with type A personality from department of cardiology, geriatrics and respiratory in our hospital have been accessed with type A personality scale, including general information questionnaire, self–rating depression scale, medical coping questionnaire, and social support rating scale.Results The self-rating depression scale shows that 125 of 140 patients （i.e. 89.28%） have depression, and the degree vary; The medical coping style were lower than domestic norms; The social support score were lower than normal people; Depression was positively correlated to confrontation, avoidance and surrender of the coping style, but negatively correlated to scores of objective, subjective and social support.Conclusion The hypertensive patients with type A personality have higher tendency of depression, which means they should be paid more attention in clinical nursing.
