摘要
合理有效配置公共图书馆投入资源是公共图书馆可持续发展的重要问题。通过公共图书馆投入产出省际面板数据,采用随机前沿模型和数据包络分析方法研究我国公共图书馆的静态效率,利用DEA-Malmquist生产率指数测算公共图书馆动态效率,追寻引发其变化的深层原因。
In prosuit of the goal of efficiency, it is the key issue tor public library to rationally allocate its resources to maintain sustainable development. By analyzing the provincial input-output data, this paper studies the static efficiency of Chinese public library with SFA and DEA method, and then it measures its dynamic efficiency with DEA-Malmquist index of productivity, tracing the cause leading to the changes of efficiency.
