剖析农村公共阅读服务体系;以辽宁为例,提出由参与机制、管理机制、保障机制、评估机制共同构成农村公共阅读服务体系长效机制建设模式。
This paper expounds the important significance to improve the rural public reading service system, analyses characteristics and problems of the current rural public reading service, and on the base of participation mechanism, management mechanism, security mechanism, evaluation mechanism, some thoughts and sugges- tions put forward to promote the construction and perfection of rural public reading service system long term meeha- nism.
