左心耳干预预防心房颤动患者血栓栓塞事件:目前的认识和建议 被引量：28

摘要 心房颤动（简称房颤）为常见的快速心律失常之一，其严重并发症为血栓栓塞事件，轻者影响生存质量，重者可致残、致死。为此，在该病的防治策略中，预防栓塞事件的发生系重的防治策略。在预防栓塞事件中，规范的抗栓治疗已获满意疗效，然因需长期抗凝，病人顺从性较差，据估计，我国房颤患者规范抗栓治疗者不足10％。因此，探索新的预防栓塞事件的策略便显得尤为必。
