摘要
目的:研究杜仲叶的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从杜仲叶中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:borreriagenin(1)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2)、α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→1')-3'-氨基-3'-去氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、β-D-呋喃果糖基-α-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(4)、β-D-果糖(5)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(6)、5-羟基-9-异丙基-愈创木基丙三醇(7)、4-羟基苯乙醇-8-O-β-D-芹糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、落叶松脂醇(9)、(3S,5R,6R,9S)-四羟基-7-烯-大柱烷(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Methods: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as borreriagenin(1),n-butyl-O-β-D-fructopyranoside(2),α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→1')-3'-amino-3'-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),β-D-fructofuranosyl-α-D-galactopyranoside(4),β-D-fructose(5),diisobutyl phthalate(6),5-hydroxy-9-isopropylether-guaiacylglycerol(7),4-hydroxyphenylethanol-8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),lariciresinol(9),and(3S,5R,6R,9S)-tetrahydroxy-7-ene-megastigmane(10). Conclusion: All compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
