摘要
目的:研究蔓生白薇有效部位的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物结构。结果:从蔓生白薇有效部位中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:白前苷元C(Ⅰ)、24-甲基-5α-胆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5,6β-三醇(Ⅱ)、丁香酸(Ⅲ)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酮(Ⅳ)、4-羟基苯乙酮(Ⅴ)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酮(Ⅵ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of active fraction of Cynanchum versicolor. Methods: The ethanol extract of Cynanchum versicolor was purified by macroporous resin,silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and structures of the isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with those of literatures. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as glaucogenin C(Ⅰ),24-methyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-diene-3β,5,6β-triol(Ⅱ),syringic acid(Ⅲ),3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone(Ⅳ),4-hydroxyacetophenone(Ⅴ),and 4-hyroxy-3-methoxyacetophenone(Ⅵ). Conclusion: CompoundsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅳare isolated from this plant for the first time.
