论实现学校与犯罪分离的空间性分析

摘要 虽然有关校园犯罪的文学作品层出不穷,但有关校园犯罪的实证研究却出奇的少。其实,学校和其他社会机构一样,如果缺乏监管就有可能造成年轻人过分积聚,进而引发犯罪。上学和放学的过程就是有关犯罪的高发期。某些相关研究已经证明,校园周边是犯罪的高发地带。但以学校类型、时间和空间为视角对于犯罪格局的研究却少之又少。笔者从时间和空间两方面着手,研究不同类型的学校(公办或者私立)、不同的年级(小学、初级中学、高级中学)犯罪发生可能性的不同。笔者通过采取空间建模(即本体空间范围内的指数性扩展)的方法对上述问题进行了一定的研究。结果表明,不同的学校有着截然不同的犯罪格局。
