摘要
对三种靛红双席夫碱的荧光性质进行了深入的研究,选出荧光强度较高的靛红缩对苯二胺双席夫碱(L4)作为产生荧光的化合物,利用席夫碱L4和柠檬黄在氧化石墨表面吸附能力不同,建立了席夫碱-氧化石墨烯荧光传感器测定了柠檬黄含量的新方法,柠檬黄浓度在8.58ng·L-1-327ng·L-1范围内,其浓度与荧光强度值具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为F=0.4454-2.9562,R=0.991,检出限为0.34ng·L-1,该方法已应用于饮料中柠檬黄含量的检测。
The fluorescence properties of three Isatin Double Schiff base was studied, the isatin shrinkage para - phen- ylene diamine Schiff base (IA) with higher fluorescence intensity was selected as fluorescent compounds. Schiff base IA and lemon yellow on graphite oxide surface had different adsorption abilities. Therefore, a new detecting method of lemon yellow was established. At the range of 8. 58ng . L-1 -327ng . L-1 lemon yellow concentration and fluorescence intensity value have a good linear relationship and the regression equation is Ip F = 0. 4454C - 2. 9562 with correlation index of 0. 991, and the detection limit is 0. 34ng . L-1. The method was applied in lemon yellow content detection in drinks.
