血清脑源性神经营养因子水平与脑卒中后抑郁关系的meta分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平与脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的关系。方法:在万方、中国知网、维普数据库及PubMed中进行检索,纳入关于血清BDNF水平与PSD关系的所有临床病例对照试验,病例组为PSD患者,对照组为非PSD患者。应用Review Manager 5.2进行meta分析。结果:共纳入符合要求的研究5项,其中病例组222例,对照组230例。因各研究间存在高度异质性(χ2=35.13,P<0.001,I2=89%),选择随机效应模型,结果显示,两组血清BDNF水平差异无统计学意义(Z=0.39,P=0.70)。结论:尚不能认为PSD患者血清BDNF水平较非PSD患者有明显变化。 Aim:To explore the relationship between serum brain derived neurotrophic factor ( BDNF) level and post stroke depression ( PSD) .Methods:Prospective randomized controlled trails of the relationship between serum BDNF level and PSD were selected from database such as PubMed ,CNKI,VIP Data,Wangfang Data.Review Manager 5.2 was used for the meta analysis .Results:Five case-control studies were collected , there were 222 PSD patients and 230 stroke patients without depression.The Heterogeneity among the 5 studies was significant(χ^2 =35.13,P〈0.001,I2 =89%).The random effects model was chosen .The result showed that there were no significant differences in the serum BDNF level between PSD patients and the stroke patients without depression (Z=0.39,P=0.70).Conclusion:These analysis suggested that the PSD patients&#39;serum BDNF level is not different from stroke patients without depression .
