摘要
目的:比较不同粘接剂在Ⅴ类洞修复中的边缘微渗漏情况。方法:30颗新鲜离体前磨牙随机分为3组,每组10颗。在颊、舌侧颈缘上1 mm处制备标准的Ⅴ类洞(3 mm×2 mm×2 mm)。分别选用全酸蚀粘结剂Prime&Bond NT、自酸蚀粘结剂Clearfil SE Bond或Clearfil S3 BOND和可乐丽前后牙通用光固化复合树脂A2进行修复。立体显微镜下观察修复体边缘微渗漏的情况。结果:3种粘结剂均存在微渗漏现象。3组牙合壁微渗漏情况差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.530,P=0.465),龈壁微渗漏情况相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.924,P=0.012),且两个自酸蚀粘接剂组的龈壁微渗漏情况均较全酸蚀组轻(P<0.05)。结论:自酸蚀粘接剂在龈壁部位封闭效果较好,适用于Ⅴ类洞的修复。
Aim:To evaluate the marginal microleakage of different bonding systems in restoring Class Ⅴ cavities. Methods:Standardized Class Ⅴcavities(3 mm ×2 mm ×2 mm) were made in 30 extracted premolars that were randomly assigned to 3 groups ( 10 for each group ) .Three adhesive systems:Prime &amp; Bond NT ( group A ) , Clearfil SE Bond ( group B),and Clearfil S3 Bond(group C) and resin composite were applied following manufacture instructions .Dye penetration was observed under a stereo microscope .Results:None of the adhensive systems eliminated microleakage completely .There were no significant differences in occlusal margin microleakage among 3 groups(χ^2 =1.530,P=0.465),while there were significant differences in gingival margin microleakage (χ^2 =8.924,P=0.012).The gingival margin microleakage in group B and group C was milder than that in group A (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Self-etching bonding system can provide better sealing effect in gingival margins and is suitable for Class Ⅴcavities′restoration.
