边境地区警民沟通存在的问题及对策

On the Problems in Communication between the Police and the Masses in the Border Areas

做好我国边境地区的警民沟通工作,有利于构建和谐的警民关系、强化民警自身能力建设、激发群众参与边境治安工作的积极性。可当前边防民警与群众的沟通工作还存在不少问题,应该树立宗旨意识和典型示范,掌握警民沟通技巧,提高执法能力,消除警民沟通障碍,共同做好新时期边境地区的安全稳定工作。

A sound communication between the police and the masses in the border areas contributes to construction of harmonious relationship between the police and the masses, enhancement of the police-masses＂ self-capability construction and motivation of the masses＂ active involvement in the public security activities in the border areas. However, there are a number of problems in communication between the police and the masses in the border areas, which need to be solved by developing our objective consciousness and typical demonstration, mastering the police-masses communication skills, improving law enforcement capacity, clearing away the police-masses communication barriers and making joint efforts to carry on the security and stability work in the border areas.
