清降法治疗胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床研究

The clinical study of gall heat invading the stomach type bile reflux gastritis with clearing and descending method

目的观察清降法的代表方剂柴芩温胆汤合小承气汤加减治疗胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法应用中药柴芩温胆汤合小承气汤治疗胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎60例,观察治疗前后主要症状的改善情况。结果治疗4周后,胃痛、痞满、口苦、便干等主要症状的积分明显下降,程度明显改善,临床总有效率为91.7%。结论柴芩温胆汤合小柴胡汤治疗胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎,可改善症状,有较好疗效,无不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect of represent prescription of clearing and descending method, modified Chaiqin Wendan Tang combine Xiaochengqi Tang in treating gall heat invading the stomach type bile reflux gastritis （BRG）. Methods 60 gall heat invading the stomach type BRG patients treated with both Chaiqin Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang were observed. Results Four weeks after treatment, scores of stomachache, distention and fullness, bitter taste in the mouth and constipation were decreased significantly, and the uncomfortable symptoms improved significantly, the total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Combined use of Chaiqin Wendan Tang and Xiaochengqi Tang has a good effect in the treatment of gall heat invading the stomach type BRG patients, and no adverse effect is shown in the study.
