近年来,伴随着高校办学规模的不断扩大,出现了多校区、多部门的现象,而这些部门在地理位置上的分散,使得高校资产管理工作变得更加繁杂。传统的手工或半手工管理方式,缺乏统一的信息化管理,不能及时了解资产现状,难以满足现有高校资产管理需求。为解决这一问题,开发了一套满足高校资产管理需求、实时反映和传输高校资产状况的信息化管理系统。

In recent years, along with the enlargement of the scale of higher education, the phenomenon of multi-campus and multiple departments appeared. And these departments geographically dispersed makes the asset management work become more complex. The traditional manual or semi-manual management style can＇t meet the demand of current asset management in colleges and universities, because of the lack of unified information management and not understanding asset status in time. To solve this problem, a information management system which meets the demand of college assets management, reflects and transfers the asset status in time is developed.
