摘要
在非离子表面活性剂曲拉通X-100微乳模板中利用复分解反应法合成了碳酸钙-环糊精纳米复合材料。设计反应温度、反应时间、反应物浓度、环糊精浓度四因素三水平正交实验,探求得到文石、球霰石晶型的最佳工艺方法。合成产物的无机物结晶类型、有机物的成分以及晶体形貌利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜测试表征。某些反应条件下得到的复合材料具有贝壳珍珠层"砖-泥"式层状结构,本文讨论了此类结构的生成机理。
Calcium carbonate-cyclodextrin composite materials were prepared in Triton X-100 microemulsion system using double decomposition method. Orthogonal experiments on four factors (temperature, reaction time, concentration of reactants and concentra-tion of cyclodextrin) and three levels were designed to obtain optimum technological combination of aragonite, vaterite formation. Inorganic crystal form,organic matters in materials and morphologies of materials were studied by XRD, IR and TEM experiments. The mechanism of brick-and-mortar structure like nacre formation in some systems was provided.
