蔗糖基硬碳负极材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 首先在惰性气体条件下对蔗糖进行了交联稳定化处理,然后以交联后的蔗糖为硬碳前驱体,在惰性气氛及高温条件下进行了碳化处理,并探究了稳定化处理温度、时间、碳化温度对硬碳材料性能的影响,结果表明蔗糖经稳定化及碳化处理后可得到椭球形的硬碳材料,200~250℃稳定化处理60h后淀粉交联效果最佳,碳化温度为900℃时硬碳材料的首次放电比容量能达到390mAh·g^-1。 In this work, the hard carbon material from sucrose by stabilization and carbonization processes was prepared under inert atmosphere. The effect of the temperature and time of stabilization treatment were studied, and the effect of the temperature of car-bonization was investigated. The results showed that ellipsoidal hard carbon material was obtained by sucrose stabilization and car-bonization treatment. 200~250℃stabilization treatment after 60h, the crosslinked sucrose was best. When carbonization temperature was 900℃, hard carbon material initial discharge capacity could reach 390mAh/g.
