Au@SiO_2纳米Yolk/shell结构的可控合成及表征

摘要 在合成贵金属Au纳米颗粒的基础上,利用种子生长法制备Au@ZnO纳米核壳结构,以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,并利用酸刻蚀ZnO包裹层得到Au@SiO2纳米Yolk/shell结构,采用透射电子显微镜、紫外–可见分光光度仪等对样品的形貌、结构及稳定性进行了系统的表征。 The Au nanoparticles with different sizes were firstly synthesized and the Au@ZnO core shell nanostructure were subsequently prepared by the seed growth method. Using Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as precursors, and the ZnO layer were etched, finally the Au@SiO2 Yolk/shelll particles were synthesized . The morphology, structure and stability properties of the samples were investigated by TEM and UV-VIS absorption spectrometer.
