摘要
针对烧结铁矿粉评价体系存在的不足,提出了一种新的基于主成分分析的铁矿粉烧结性能评价方法。该方法综合考虑了化学成分、粒度、表面特性、同化性、液相流动性等性能指标,采用主成分分析方法,提取了铁矿粉烧结特性指标。新的综合特性指标不仅减少了评价指标的数量,且指标之间相互独立,避免了重叠。在新综合特性指标的基础上,进一步建立了烧结铁矿粉性能综合评价体系。
A new performance evaluation method of sintering iron ore fines based on the principal component analysis is proposed in view of the disadvantages existing in evaluation system of sintering iron ore fines. In this method,such indexes as chemical composition,particle size,surface characteristics,assimilation,liquid phase fluidity etc. are taken into account comprehensively,and the sintering characteristics indexes of iron ore fines are extracted by adopting the principal component analysis. The new comprehensive characteristics indexes not only decrease the number of evaluation indexes,but also keep independence and avoid overlap among indexes. Based on the new comprehensive indexes,the comprehensive evaluation system of sintering iron ore fines performance is further established.
