摘要
针对烧结工序NOx排放的现状,从源头治理的角度对烧结原燃料中N元素含量以及烧结过程中NOx浓度分布进行了检测分析,对不同铁精矿和燃料的NOx排放受温度、气氛、粒度以及熔剂等因素的影响进行了研究,初步摸清了烧结原燃料中NOx的排放规律,并通过烧结杯试验探索了烧结过程中NOx浓度随工艺参数的变化规律,指出燃烧温度和烟气负压是烧结过程中影响烟气NOx浓度的主要因素。
In view of current situation of NOxemission in the sintering process,the N element content of the sintering raw materials and fuels and NOxconcentration distribution in sintering process were tested and analyzed from the perspective of source control,and the influences of temperature,atmosphere,grain size and fluxes on the NOxemission of different iron ore concentrates and fuels were studied,and the NOxemission rules of sintering raw material and fuels are found out preliminarily. Then the variation rules of NOxconcentration with the process parameters during sintering process were probed through the sintering pot experiment,and it is pointed out that the combustion temperature and negative pressure of flue gas are the main factors which influence the NOxconcentration in the sintering process.
