Six Sigma and Lean Management of Port Storage

为了减少过剩库存,提高库存周转率,将精益与六西格玛管理理念相结合,并引入到港口行业库存管理领域的研究之中,以期通过精益六西格玛管理思路从各个角度入手,定义、测量、分析、改进、控制,找到企业过剩库存的根源,达到预防或减少过剩库存的目的,从而最大限度地降低库存成本,提高库存的周转率。

In order to reduce the overstock and enhance the turnover, the combination of the Lean Management and Six Sigma is supposed to be introduced into the research of the inventory management of the port industry field. The management of the Lean Six Sigma is expected, in the way to define, measure, analyze, improve, control from all aspects, to find the root of the overstock, and to prevent or decrease it, thereby reducing the inventory cost in a maximum extent and to increase the inventory turnover.
