摘要
传感器优化设计是电容层析成像(ECT)多相流无损检测技术的关键环节之一。ECT传感器设计具有多参数多优化指标的特点。本文针对层流检测引入正交实验方法对极板的三个结构参数(极板长度、极板中心角,极板个数)进行了优化,提出一种模糊综合指标CFIECT,作为传感器多参数优化指标,对ECT传感器进行结构参数优化,并分别选择灵敏度均匀性Pcv,图像相对误差Ier,作为单一优化指标进行优化,最终通过大量实验比较优化结果。实验结果表明利用基于模糊理论的CFIECT作为传感器多参数优化指标能够使得设计的传感器在拥有较均匀的敏感场分布的同时具有较好的成像结果,为ECT传感器的优化设计提供了一种新思路。
Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is a non-invasive multiphase flow detecting technique, and sensor optimal design is one of the key parts in ECT technique. The senor design is multi-parametric, and has multiple indicators. Therefore, the orthogonal design is introduced to deal with the optimization of three structural parameters of the sensor plates including the length, the central angel and the number. A combinatorial fuzzy index of ECT (CFIECT) is defined and presented as a multi-parametric indicator for optimization of the senor. Meanwhile, the uniformity indexPcv and the image errorIerare set as the single optimization objective respectively to compare with the new method, CFIECT. Experimental results indicate that the sensor structure optimized by CFIECT exhibits a greater even sensitivity distribution and a better imaging reconstruction result at the same time, which provides a new method for optimization of the ECT sensor design.
