课堂教学管理中全纳教育理念的运用 被引量:2

摘要 全纳教育理念下,我国当前课堂教学管理与该理念之间还存在许多不相符合之处,需要不断加强学生对课堂教学管理的参与,减少学生的被排斥而接受全体学生,追求教学管理中的平等、民主、合作。通过全纳教育审视当前教学管理,可以发现一些存在的不公平现象,有利于我们从新的视角对教学管理策略进行深入细致的思考。
