摘要
目的:了解医院感染发生及抗生素使用情况,以采取有效措施预防和控制感染。方法:采取横断面调查的方法,对2013年11月28日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果:实际调查住院患者1883名,其中医院感染84例,医院感染现患率4.5%。感染率最高的是呼吸系统感染占44.0%,抗菌药物使用率为39.8%,其中治疗用药病原学送检率28.0%。结论:加强对医院感染高发科室的监控及管理,注重易感部位的护理操作,提高病原学检查送检率,规范抗菌药物的使用,有利于预防和控制医院感染。
Objective:To understand the status of nosocomial infection(NI)and antibiotic use,and then take effective measures to prevent and control infection.Methods:By means of cross-sectional study,the prevalence rate was investigated of NI among the patients hospitalized on Nov.28,2013。Results:Of the 1885 patients investigated,the prevalence rate of NI was 4.5%(84 cases).The infection rate of respiratory tract was the highest(44.0%).The usage rate of antimicrobial was 39.8%,with the pathogenic detection rate 28.0%.Conclusion:Prevention and control of NI can be achieved by enhancing monitoring and management of departments with high incidence of nosocomial infection,focusing on nursing operations of susceptible parts,improving the submission rate of pathogenic checkup and regulating the use of antibiotics
