摘要
结合武汉绿地中心大体积底板混凝土施工及技术要求,开展了系统的配合比设计与相关性能测试。在正交试验基础上,系统性地进行了配合比试验,提出了3组备选配合比。通过水化温升与相关耐久性对比试验,确定了掺量为50%大掺量矿物掺和料的工程应用配合比,混凝土28d干燥收缩率为2.45×10-4,平板抗裂等级为I级。工程应用表明依据该配合比生产的混凝土黏度低、工作性高、强度发展好、温升低,确保了工程质量。
According to construction and technical requirements of mass concrete in Wuhan Greenland Center,the concrete mix proportion design and performance test are carried out. Based on the orthogonal test,the mix proportion test is done systematically to make sure three sets of alternative mix proportion.By hydration temperature rise and durability tests,concrete mixture ratio in engineering application that is content of 50% large amount of mineral admixture is determined,whose 28 d drying shrinkage is 2. 45 ×10^-4,plate cracking is grade I. The engineering application shows that on the basis of the concrete with low viscosity,high production work,good strength development,low temperature rise,the project quality is ensured.
