摘要
以武汉绿地中心钢板剪力墙C60混凝土为研究对象,采用活性TH灰这一新型矿物掺和料进行试验,解决了高强混凝土黏度大、收缩大、温升高的难题。通过净浆试验与混凝土配合比设计,确定了活性TH灰掺量在15%时,混凝土的黏度、工作性、强度均较理想;与硅灰配制的混凝土进行体积稳定性对比试验,表明活性TH灰混凝土的体积稳定性具有明显优势;以活性TH灰掺量15%的配合比进行工程应用,结果表明混凝土各项指标达到设计要求,墙体表面平整,施工效果良好。
Taking C60 steel plate shear wall concrete of Wuhan Greenland Center as the research object,TH ash which is a new type of mineral admixture was used to solve the problems of high strength concrete with high viscosity,high shrinkage and high temperature rise. Through the paste test and the concrete mix proportion design,the viscosity,workability and strength of concrete are ideal at the TH ash content in 15%. Compared with the silica fume concrete,it indicates that the volume stability of TH ash concrete is more excellent. Engineering application shows that all indexes meet the design requirements and the concrete wall surface is smooth with the mix content in 15% TH ash.
