摘要
以产业化条件下再生混凝土路面砖为研究对象,分析再生骨料及再生混凝土路面砖制备的工艺流程,引入全寿命周期评价(LCA)方法,拟定研究时间边界,分析再生混凝土路面砖生产系统的碳排放活动,综合运用碳排放系数法与生产线直接能耗统计法,建立再生混凝土路面砖的全寿命周期的碳排放计算模型。最后,以再生骨料取代率为70%再生混凝土路面砖为算例,计算全寿命周期碳排放并进行评价。
Taking the recycled concrete pavement brick under the conditions of industrialization as a research project,the manufacturing process of the recycled aggregate and the recycled concrete pavement brick are analyzed. Authors also introduce life cycle assessment method to research the boundary of the study time and analyze the carbon emissions activity of the recycled concrete pavement brick production system. Through using the carbon emission coefficient method and direct production energy consumption statistics,the calculation model can be established to figure out the whole life cycle carbon emissions of the recycled concrete pavement brick. Finally,taking the concrete pavement brick which has 70%replace rate of recycled aggregate as an example,the whole life cycle carbon emissions is calculated and evaluated.
