建筑垃圾再生骨料清洁生产及工程应用研究

Cleaner Production and Engineering Application of Construction Waste Recycled Aggregates

采用固定式破碎-磁选-筛分设备将建筑垃圾中水泥路面混凝土生产成再生骨料,代替天然骨料制备水泥稳定碎石、混凝土、路面砖等再生制品,性能满足使用要求。可用在道路基层、厂区道路路面、房屋基础垫层上。通过改进生产工艺,将颚式破碎机下沉至地面以下,改进振动给料机底板空洞形状分布及空洞率,安装吸尘装置等清洁生产技术措施,有效降低了噪声污染、再生骨料含泥量、粉尘污染等,保护了环境,提高了再生骨料的品质。

Cement pavement concretes in the construction waste are produced into recycled aggregates through the fixed broken-magnetic separation and screening equipment,recycled aggregates instead of natural aggregates are prepared into recycled products,such as cement stabilized macadam,concrete,pavement brick and so on. The performance of recycled products meets the requirement. Recycled products can be used in road base,factory road,road building foundation pad. By improving production process,the jaw crusher sank to the ground below,improvement of vibrating feeder bottom hole shape distribution and void ratio,and the technical measures for cleaner production are put forward in some aspects,such as reducing noise,removing muck effectively,control of particulate matter and so on.Environment is protected,and quality of recycled aggregates are improved.
