摘要 建筑施工过程中会产生大量污水,若未经过处理直接排放,将对周围环境造成很大程度的污染。针对这个问题,提出了一种试验可行的污水净化处理系统:由平流沉淀池为主体的沉淀系统以及以带式压滤脱水机为主体的固液分离系统,并辅助一定的混凝剂投放方法,组合成综合污水净化系统。该系统通过将施工污水排至平流沉淀池进行初步沉淀,辅助添加适量混凝剂进行化学反应,最后排入带式压滤脱水机进行固液分离,对污水进行深层处理。施工污水经过该系统处理后可直接排放到城市下水道。处理后的清水可直接循环利用,具有很好的社会经济效益,该系统同时具有处理效率高、性价比高等特点。 The process of engineering construction will produce a large amount of sewage,and the untreated direct emissions will cause some pollution on the surrounding environment. To solve the pollution problems,a feasible experiment of sewage purification processing system is put forward,namely the advection sedimentation tank as the main body of the precipitation system and belt type filter dewatering machine as the main body of mud separation system,and a certain amount of coagulant on the mechanism. The system put the construction sewage into the advection sedimentation tank for the first sedimentation,then adding the coagulant into the sewage to take the chemical reaction,finally the further treatment for sewage is done by the solid-liquid separation with belt filter dewatering. Construction of sewage can directly discharge after treated with the system to the city sewer. And its processed products—water can be recycled. It has very good social and economic benefits,and the system has high processing efficiency,high cost performance,etc.
