电石渣取代石灰制备蒸养加气混凝土研究 被引量:5

摘要 以河砂-电石渣、河砂-粉煤灰-电石渣体系为原料,通过蒸养制备建筑试块。分别研究了水泥加入量对试块强度的影响;研究了碱激发剂种类、加入量对原料浆体发气高度的影响,探讨了碱激发剂对试块强度的影响。研究发现以河砂-粉煤灰-电石渣体系为原料,加入1%(质量分数)的激发剂,制备的加气混凝土的强度为5.2MPa,干密度为628kg/m3。 Structure bricks were prepared by steam curing using river sand-carbide slag and river sand-fly ash-carbide slag as raw materials. The effects of adding amount of cement on sample strength were studied respectively. The effect of different species and addition amount of alkali activator on the sample slurry height were also studied. The effect of alkali activator on strength of sample was studied. The result indicated that the aerated concrete was obtained with 5. 2MPa in strength and 628 kg / m^3 in dry density by using river sand-fly ash-carbide slag system and adding 1wt% activator.
