京津冀区域一体化视阈下的农业产业协同创新研究

Cooperative Innovation of Agricultural Industry Based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

京津冀区域经济一体化发展环境中,农业成为重要的区域合作领域。京津冀农业产业协同创新是实现区域共同发展战略的重要途径。本研究结合京津冀一体化情境及农业发展现状,研究了农业产业协同创新问题。研究认为,京津冀农业产业协同创新应建立在共同的利益诉求基础上,通过区域统一规划,促成区域内组织间深度合作,以及创新资源的自由流通和共享,进而实现区域农业发展战略目标。本研究在深入分析的基础上构建了战略、组织和资源三重协同的农业产业协同创新模型,并对京津冀开展农业产业协同创新提出建议。

Agriculture has become an important field in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. The agricultural industry cooperative innovation has already been an important way to regional sustainable development. With Beijing-TianjinHebei integration and the present situation of agricultural development, this paper studies agricultural cooperative innovation. Studies suggest that agricultural cooperative innovation in the region should be on the basis of common interests. Under the unified regional planning, it should contribute to realizing the strategic target of regional agricultural development through organizational cooperation, circulation and sharing of innovation resources. Then the study offers the agricultural industry collaborative innovation model with triple synergy of strategy, organization and resources, and proposes constructive advice for the collaborative innovation of agricultural industry in the region.
