补中益气散对猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的影响

On Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Powder on Immunization Against Classical Swine Fever in Pigs

为了进一步提高猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果,探讨补中益气散对该疫苗的免疫增强作用,该研究以某猪场27头30日龄健康仔猪随机分为3组,对照组和试验1,2组.对照组仅注射猪瘟疫苗;试验1组用补中益气散拌料饲喂一周后注射疫苗;试验2组注射疫苗同时拌料饲喂补中益气散一周,中药用量均按0.2%加入饲料.分别于免疫当天、免疫接种后7,30d无菌操作采集血样,运用正向间接血凝试验检测血清中的抗体水平.结果表明:补中益气散可显著提高血清中的抗体水平,免疫后30d免疫保护率维持在88.9%以上,提示补中益气散具有显著增强猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的作用.

The experiment has been designed to investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi powder on Classical Swine Fever （SWF） vaccine in order to improve its immune effect .Classical Swine Fever ,which is mainly prevented and controlled by vaccine ,is one of the List A infectious diseases of animals .However ,the im‐mune effect with vaccine is not so good .The experiment has been designed to investigate the immune effect of Buzhong Yiqi powder on Classical Swine Fever vaccine before or after injecting .Twenty seven healthy 30‐day‐old piglets have been selected and divided into 3 groups ：experimental group 1 and 2 ,and control group .For the control group ,only Classical Swine Fever vaccine is immunized .For the experimental group 1 ,vaccine is immunized after feeding Buzhong Yiqi powder with the proportion of 0 .2% in feeds for one week .But for the experimental group 2 ,vaccine is immunized ,and Buzhong Yiqi powder with the proportion of 0 .2% in feeds is fed at the same time .Serum antibody level is detected by the method of in‐direct hemagglutination test before and 7 ,30 d after immunization .The results show that serum antibody level is significantly increased after feeding Buzhong Yiqi powder . And the ratio of immunoprotection maintains at the level of 88 .9% .It suggests that Buzhong Yiqi powder can enhance the immune effect of Classical Swine Fever vaccine .
