高校体育教师素质评价体系的构建与应用

On Construction and Application of Quality Evaluation System for Physical Education Teachers at Colleges

通过查询文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计分析,研究认为体育教师素质由思想品德、科学文化、能力、体育素质和心理素质五要素组成,各要素又有若干个影响因素.在此基础上构建了体育教师素质评价体系,采用模糊数学理论推论评价体系的科学性,并制定了体育教师素质评价表,旨在对体育教师素质进行科学、合理的评价.

By means of document research ,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics analysis ,stud‐ies have been undertaken on sports teachers＇ quality by moral ,science and culture ,and the power ,and the physical quality and the psychological quality of five elements ,each element with several factors .On the basis of PE teachers＇ quality evaluation system ,the fuzzy mathematical theory of PE teachers＇ quality has been adopted in the scientific evaluation .
