运动心理学与残疾人竞技运动成绩相关性思考

On Interrelation between Sports Psychology and Sports Scores of Disabled People

随着竞技体育在全世界范围内的全面兴起,其价值已经远远超过体育层面.在分析影响残疾人竞技运动成绩的心理学因素的基础上,根据运动心理学研究的基本内容和我国残疾人运动的基本规律,以运动心理学为基础,对残疾人竞技运动进行了系统测试.研究表明:运用运动心理学指导残疾人进行心理认知规律、心理技能、心理状态、焦虑释放等方面的专业训练能够普及残疾人体育运动,提高其运动成绩.

With the overall rise in worldwide competitive sports ,its value has far exceeded sports level . This paper analyzes the impact of disabled sports scores psychological factors ,then introduces the basic law of sport psychology research and the basic content of the disability movement ,and finally to sports psychology ,based on sports with disabilities were system training .Research shows that the use of sports psychology to guide the disabled psychological cognitive rules ,mental skills ,mental status ,anxiety re‐lease and other aspects of professional training can popularize sports and people with disabilities to improve their athletic performance .
