我国公共体育供给使用者付费模式研究

On Payment Model of China's Public Sports Supply Users

使用文献研究法、比较研究法、跨学科等研究方法,就公共体育服务使用者付费模式的构建进行了探讨,对使用者付费模式的含义、必要性等进行了分析,指出使用者付费是推动公共体育供给良性发展的必然要求.但必须合理确定公共体育产品的价格,同时引入风险管理思想,准确识别这种模式实施过程中存在的风险源,并采取针对性的预防和处理措施.

Public sports service market users payment model have been discussed in this paper on the basis of existing research data .T he main use of the comparative literature research method ,research method , interdisciplinary research method in the research process ,the user pay model meaning and necessity have been analyzed ,and it is pointed out that the user fee is a necessary requirement to promote the benign de‐velopment of public sports supply .The application of this model to the real and public sports supply ,we must determine the public sports products price reasonable application of fixed cost allocation method , w hile the introduction of risk management theory ,accurate identification of this model exist in the imple‐mentation process of the risk source ,and take corresponding prevention and treatment measures .
