The Application of Hydrochloric Acid Softening Method on Fully Mechanized Mining Face Passing Collapse Column

本文基于综采工作面通过陷落柱的问题,以山西兰花集团唐安煤矿3405工作面地质条件为背景,通过理论分析以及现场应用,提出采用向陷落柱内注射盐酸使其内部岩石软化,进而利用采煤机直接过陷落柱方法。工程实践表明,该方案安全、可靠、高效,可为类似条件下的工作面直接过陷落柱提供借鉴和参考。

Bases on the problem of fully mechanized mining face passing collapse column, and takes the geological condition of Tang＇an coal mine 3405 working face in Shanxi Lanhua Group as the background, through theoretical analysis and field application, puts forward the method of passing collapse column that injects hydrochloric acid into collapse column to make internal rock softening, and then utilizes coal cutter cutting directly. Practical application shows that the scheme is safe, reliable and efficient, it can provide a reference for the working face directly passing collapse column under similar conditions.
