摘要
为了更加准确地测定井下瓦斯含量,针对井下掘进工作面过旧巷、老空区时,因存在的二氧化碳浓度范围的不同,使用光干涉式甲烷测定器与便携式甲烷检测报警仪所测定的瓦斯气体浓度存在较大差别这一现象,通过现场多次实测验证和数据对比,分别从这两种仪器的构造、工作原理等方面分析了存在差别的具体原因以及给出了在二氧化碳不同浓度范围所应当正确选用的测定仪器,从而达到精确测定过旧巷、老空区时瓦斯含量的目的,便于采取有效的瓦斯防治措施,避免瓦斯事故的发生。
In order to measure the underground methane concentration more precisely,when tunnelling face meet passing old lane and goal, because the difference of CO2 concentration range lead to the disparity of methane concentration that measured by optical interferometric methane detector and portable methanophone. Through several times validation and data contrast in site ,the cause of the difference is analyzed from the structure and principle of the two instruments. It is put forward that how rightly to choose instrument in different carbon dioxide concentration range. So as to achieve the purpose of which precisely measure the methane concentration when tunnelling face meet passing old lane and goaf. It is convenient to take the effective gas prevention and control measures. The methane accidents can be prohibited.
