长距离带式输送机设计探讨

摘要 随着带式输送机输送距离的不断增加、带速的不断提高及驱动功率的不断增大,带式输送机的合理设计对降低设备造价、运行成本、故障率及提高运行效率等越来越重要。结合具体工程的设计过程从带式输送机的整机布置、带宽带速的确定、驱动装置及拉紧装置的布置以及软启动方式的选用等方面阐述了长距离带式输送机的设计要点,就不同的设计方案从胶带最大张力、安全系数、电机功率及驱动装置布置方式等方面进行了比较,并选用最优方案,设备投产运行效果良好,可为类似工程设计提供参考。 With the continuous increase of belt conveyor transportation distance, belt speed and driving power, the reasonable design of belt conveyor is more and more important to reduce equipment cost, operation cost, failure rate and improve the operation efficiency and so on. The main design points of long distance belt conveyor are expounded by combining with concrete engineering design process from the whole arrangement, the determination of belt width and belt speed, the arrangement of driving device and tensioning device, the selection of soft start mode and other aspects. Different design schemes are compared and selected from the belt maximum tension, safety coefficient, power of motor and driving device arrangement, and the best scheme is selected, the equipment runs well, it can provide a reference for similar project design.
