摘要 为了对浅埋藏大采高煤层的自然发火机理以及发火防治技术进行研究,选择磁窑沟煤矿10202工作面作为研究对象,对该工作面煤样进行了实验室分析和现场实测研究。确定了该工作面应以CO作为指标性气体,并辅以C2H6、C2H4、C2H2来掌握煤炭自然发火的情况,并且通过束管检测系统,确定了该工作面自燃氧化"三带"的划分。针对该工作面煤层埋藏深度浅、一次采全高、具有自然发火危险性等特点,提出了预防性灌浆和漏风通道封堵的防火技术措施,以保证煤矿安全生产。 In order to study the mechanism of spontaneous combustion and ignite prevention and control technology on the coal seam of shallow buried and large mining height, the 10202 working face of Ciyaogou coal mine is as the research object, and the coal sample of working face is analyzed in laboratory and measured on scene. It ensures working face mastering the situation of coal spontaneous combustion of which CO is priority and C2H6, C2Ha,C2H2 is auxiliary. The dividing of spontaneous combustion three zones is determined through the beam tube detection system. According to the characteristics of shallow burial, a mining overall height and danger of spontaneous combustion,the fire protection technical of preventive grouting and air leakage channel plugging are put forward to ensure the safety of coal mine production.
