肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病的共同病理特征,有效治疗肝纤维化对于改善慢性肝病预后,降低慢性肝病病死率至关重要。本文就慢性肝炎抗纤维化必要性、中医药及中西医结合抗肝纤维化发展与现状以及中医药抗肝纤维化研究的发展方向等进行回顾与评述,旨在为推进我国中西医结合抗肝纤维化事业的发展提供思路。

The liver fibrosis is the common pathological feature for most chronic liver diseases,and the effective treatment of liver fibrosis can improve the prognosis of chronic liver diseases and decrease the mortality due to liver diseases.The article highlights the necessities,reviews the development progresses and current situation of anti-liver fibrosis investigations with traditional Chinese medicine and integrative medicine,and discusses the development prospective in the filed.The authors try to provide some ideas and references for the academic development of anti-liver fibrosis with integrative medicine.
